岗位职责/ Job Responsibilities Distributor Channel Management: 经销商渠道管理： 1.Create and manage data reports related to distributor performance and operations. 创建和管理与经销商业绩和运营相关的数据报告。 2.Support the backend system to ensure smooth operation and integration with distributor channels. 支持后端系统，确保与经销商渠道的顺畅运行和整合。 3.Monitor and optimize distributor operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. 监控和优化经销商运营，提高整体效率和效益。 Business Intelligence and Market Analysis: 市场情报分析： 1.Collect, organize, and analyze industry and association information to provide actionable insights. 收集、整理和分析行业及协会信息，以提供可行的见解。 2.Conduct market research reports, focusing on emerging industries and trends. 开展市场调研报告，重点关注新兴行业和趋势。 3.Stay updated on industry developments and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions. 随时了解行业发展和竞争活动的最新情况，为战略决策提供依据。 Marketing Strategy Planning: 营销战略规划： 1.Develop and produce marketing content aimed at promoting products and services to business customers. 开发和制作营销内容，旨在向企业客户推广产品和服务。 2.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including new product launches and special offers. 策划并执行促销活动，包括新产品发布和特别优惠。 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. 与跨职能团队合作，确保与整体业务目标保持一致。 岗位要求/ Job Requirement 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 市场营销、商务、经济学或相关专业的学士学位。 2.3 years of experience in marketing intelligence, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. 3年以上营销情报、商业分析或相关工作经验，B2B 行业优先考虑。 3.Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems(SAP, Saas, 飞书). 熟练使用数据分析工具和 CRM 系统（SAP、Saas、飞书）。 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力。 5.Excellent communication and presentation skills. 出色的沟通和表达能力。 6.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 能够在以团队为导向的环境中工作。
