Reporting to the Sr. Industrial Engineering Manager the Industrial Engineer role involves… What a typical day looks like: Responsible for lead and implementing business process design or projects focused on identifying solutions to support business objectives. Analyzes and prepares recommendations for work instructions, workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization. Observes and records workers while operating equipment or performing tasks to determine time involved and fatigue rate. Recommends revision of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards. Maintains all AutoCAD files and designs and/or prepares drawings for Facilities personnel and in-house contracts. Design strategic and tactical framework and solutions to drive best practices that apply to specific business. Monitors performance and financial measures across multiple sites and identifies issues that have the greatest impact to meet business objectives. Determines and initiates required follow-up and/or additional analyses. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree or above 3 years’ IE experience, with lean project management experience.
