OPM岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 专案量产导入、量产资源整合。 Responsible for mass production project ramp-up and production resource integration. (Ramp plan, MP/Line Readiness, Site qual plan) 2.量产厂区各项开发进度掌控及资源协调，顺利完成量产爬坡、满足出货需求。 Oversee development progress at manufacturing sites and coordinate resources to ensure smooth ramp-up and meet delivery targets. 3. AVL物料追踪与异常处理。 Track AVL materials and handle related issues. 4. 订单及市场资料收集与分析。 Collect and analyze order data and market information. 5. 关维客户来访的接待与报告。 Support and report during key customer visits. 岗位要求 (Job Requirements) 1. 具备电子行业机构件及供应链管理经验。 Experience in mechanical components and supply chain management within the electronics industry. 2. 熟悉产品开发、项目管理计划、订单运营管理等流程。 Familiar with product development, project planning and order operations processes. 3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维缜密，抗压性强、积极主动、结果导向。 Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills. Able to work under pressure, proactive, and result-oriented. 4. 英语口语、书写熟练，和外国客户（以美国为主）可无障碍沟通。 Proficient in spoken and written English; able to communicate fluently with international clients (mainly U.S.-based) 5. 海外留学或工作经历为佳。 Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
